Support
If you need help right now.
The Unburdening is peer support. It is not therapy and it is not an emergency service. If you are struggling, these are real people you can reach today.
In immediate danger? Call 112, Nigeria's national emergency number, or go to the nearest hospital. If you are with someone in danger, stay with them until help arrives.
Prefer to write it down? Email connect@theopencorner.org and a coordinator will read it personally and reply.

Talking to someone
You do not have to carry it alone.
If something from a session is still sitting with you, that is normal. Reach out to a friend or family member you trust, a counsellor, or one of the lines above. You can also email connect@theopencorner.org any time. Asking for help is not weakness.
