The Open Corner is a community initiative built on a simple idea: people do better when there is somewhere to go that asks nothing of them but honesty and presence.
We design programmes around the real pressures people face, whether that is the weight men carry in silence, the lack of opportunity young people meet, or the way a shared game can make strangers into neighbours.
Our name is our promise. A corner is where you can stand without being in the middle of things, and where there is always room to make it a little bigger.

We start with men, because too many men carry it in silence. And for a foundation to be strong, the pressure cannot be carried alone. From there, the corner grows into mentorship, learning, sports and discipline, and service.
